វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី “សមភាពយេនឌ័រ និងការប្រញ្ជាបយេនឌ័រទៅក្នុងវដ្តនៃគម្រោងកម្មវិធី” ដែលផ្តោតលើគោលបំណងដូចជា៖
១. បង្កើនការយល់ដឹងពីស្ថានភាពរបស់ស្រ្តី និងក្មេងស្រី និងបញ្ហាវិសមភាពយេនឌ័រ និងផលប៉ះពាល់ដល់ស្រ្តី និងក្មេងស្រី
២. ផ្តល់ជំនាញបច្ចេកទេសដល់បុគ្គលិកអង្គការដៃគូ ដើម្បីឲ្យពួកគេអាចប្រញ្ជាបទស្សនៈយេនឌ័រក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំនៅគ្រប់កម្រិតនៃអន្តរាគមន៍របស់គម្រោងកម្មវិធី។
សេចក្តីរំពឹងទុកក្នុងការរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានដូចជា៖
១. ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ការយល់ដឹងជាគោលគំនិត និងការអនុវត្តន៍ ស្តីពីសមភាពយេនឌ័រ
២. ការបង្កើនចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញវិភាគ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ ក្នុងវដ្តនៃគម្រោងកម្មវិធី
៣. បុគ្គលិក និងអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់អង្គការ CWCC COCD និងVCAO ដែលជាក្រុមការងារគម្រោង EVAC ទទួលបាននូចំណេះដឹងគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ អំពីទំនាក់ទំនងយេនឌ័រ និងឧបករណ៍វិភាគយេនឌ័រចាំបាច់នានា ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបញ្ហាយេនឌ័រ។
សមាសភាពអ្នកចូលរួមនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះរៀបចំឡើងសម្រាប់បុគ្គលិក និងអ្នកដឹកនាំរបស់អង្គការ CWCC COCD និងVCAO ដែលជាក្រុមការងារគម្រោង EVAC ដែលទទួលខុសត្រូវលើការបញ្ជ្រាបយេនឌ័រក្នុងគម្រោងកម្មវិធី EVAC និងស្ថាប័នទាំងមូល ដែលមានចំនួនសរុប ២៨នាក់ ស្រី ១៤នាក់។

Training Workshop on “Gender Equality and Gender Mainstreaming in Project Program Cycles”
Objectives: Increase awareness of the status of women and girls, gender inequality issues, and their impact on women and girls.
Provide technical skills to partner organization staff to enable them to mainstream gender perspectives in leadership transformations at all levels of program project interventions.
Expected Outcomes:
Develop awareness and practice of gender equality concepts.
Enhance knowledge and analytical skills to promote gender equality in program project cycles.
Staff and leaders of CWCC, COCD, and VCAO, the EVAC project working groups, will gain comprehensive knowledge on gender relations and essential gender analysis tools to address gender issues.
Participants: The training workshop is organized for the staff and leaders of CWCC, COCD, and VCAO, the EVAC project working groups responsible for gender mainstreaming in the EVAC project and their entire organizations. A total of 28 participants, including 14 women, will attend.
